At Tiny Store UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our refund policy below.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund, including postage where applicable.

Postage Costs

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
• Original postage costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned following our returns process.
